The process leading to the creation of the Amonogù pizza base Gluten Free è completely artisanal e with raw materials of the highest quality, such asExtra Virgin Olive Oil.
Double leavening, hand-rolling and precise techniques allow him to obtain a product that is soft, alveolate e golden at the end of baking.

Ingredients: Deglutinated wheat starch, water, corn starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, deglutinated barley malt, salt, brewer's yeast, psyllium seed fiber, dextrose, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, emulsifiers: fatty acid mono-diglycerides, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; thickener: guar seed flour; flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Preparation

  1. Remove the pizza from the bag
  2. Season with ingredients of your choice
  3. Bake preferably at 350°C for about 4min
