INGREDIENTS : Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter (lactose-free)*, impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), 9% dark chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin ), pasteurized fresh category A whole eggs , 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free )*, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, pasteurized fresh category A egg yolk, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 17%, hazelnuts 17%, rice flour, dried egg white , vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantago, flax). Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds . May contain traces of walnuts, pistachios .
*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
