The taralli with Fiore di Puglia multi-grain flour are made with the typical traditional recipe.
They are free of eggs, milk and yeast. The flours used make these cereal taralli a product rich in fiber and low in saturated fat, but this does not mean lacking in taste and flavour, on the contrary.
The unmistakable flavor of tarallo is enhanced by the use of multi-grain flour, which is fragrant, crunchy and delicious and gives it a rustic flavour. Perfect as an accompaniment to aperitifs or even nibbled on its own during breaks.
Ingredients: Gluten-free mixture (deglutinated wheat starch, rice cream, corn foil, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psillyum fibre), acidity regulator (tartaric acid), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), thickener (guar gum ), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sugar), high oleic sunflower oil, teff flour 3.3%, linseed 3.09%, salt, wholemeal buckwheat flour 1.2%, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flour quinoa 0.8%, extra virgin olive oil 0.6%, natural flavouring.
Allergens: May contain traces of nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites.
