Traditional Apulian taralli, always perfect, both for an aperitif, together with a good glass of wine, and during breaks at work, are much loved together with cured meats and cheeses. In this particular variant, Fiore di Puglia has thought of a product suitable for those who cannot enjoy the fragrance and typical flavor of classic homemade Apulian taralli.
Ingredients: Gluten-free mixture (deglutinated wheat starch, rice cream, corn flour, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psyllium fibre), acidity regulator (tartaric acid), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), thickener (guar gum) , hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sugar, high oleic sunflower seed oil, salt, extra virgin olive oil (1.8%), emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural olive flavouring.
Allergens: May contain traces of nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites.
