The most versatile short pasta shape in Italian cuisine, loved by adults and children alike, in the exclusive Gluten Free recipe by De Cecco: a carefully selected mix of yellow corn, white corn, rice and brown rice, appropriately balanced, naturally gluten-free and a source of fibre.
You can experiment with the most varied recipes of the Mediterranean tradition, such as the simple seasoning with tomato and fresh basil or the classic “arrabbiata” sauce up to the more elaborate ones with imaginative combinations, always characterized by the essential cooking resistance.
