Product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients: Water, corn starch, natural sour dough (water, rice flour), 5% sunflower seeds, buckwheat flour, invert sugar syrup, 3.4% brown and golden flaxseed, rice flour, apple fiber, rice starch, sunflower oil, protein from soy, sugar, salt, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, yeast, apple extract, pea fiber. May contain traces of sesame.

Preparation: ideal when toasted for 30 seconds and stuffed as desired. Product packaged in a modified atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the package is opened, consume the bread within 48 hours or freeze it. Best consumed by: the date is indicated by the lot on the side.
