Ingredients: Water, corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, psyllium fiber, dextrose, soy protein, sunflower oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5%, yeast, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt, acidity regulator: sodium diacetate. May contain traces of sesame.

Product packaged in a modified atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the package is opened, consume the bread within 48 hours or freeze it. Best consumed by: the date is indicated by the lot on the side.
