Choux pastry, with a neutral taste, made with simple ingredients but with infinite versatility. Thanks to its delicate flavour, it can be filled with sweet creams or savory mousses.
Ingredients: Corn starch, corn flour, potato starch, guar, pectin, sodium bicarbonate, water, margarine (vegetable fats and oils, whey powder, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: acid citric, flavourings, colouring: beta carotene, vitamin A, D), eggs, salt.
May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts.
