INGREDIENTS: corn starch, water, sourdough (rice flour, water), vegetable fiber (psyllium, inulin, beet), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, brewer's yeast, emulsifier: E471, glycerin, dextrose, fructose, salt, thickener: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, corn malt, preservative: E200.
May contain traces of SESAME. Allergens are written in CAPITAL letters.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place, away from sources of heat and direct light.
After opening the package keep refrigerated at max +5 ° and consume within 2-3 days.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Stuff as desired and sprinkle a drizzle of EVO oil, possibly also on the edge and bottom of the tray.
Mist the surface with water. Bake the PINSA for about 10 minutes in a conventional oven at 220°.

IMPORTANT: PINSA should be stuffed only moments before baking.
