Balviten Hamburger rolls with chickpea burgers, raw vegetables, avocado and yogurt and herb sauce.

 Ingredients

  • Balviten Hamburger rolls
  • 1 chickpea burger
  • 1 drizzle of EVO oil
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • A handful of soy sprouts
  • 1/2 raw beet, thinly sliced or grated
  • 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 capuchin salad leaves

 

Sandwich Preparation

Cut the sandwich in half and toast it slightly to make it crispier.

Brown the chickpea burger in a pan with a drizzle of EVO oil and lay it on the base of the bun.

Add soy sprouts, avocado slices, beet, onion, julienned carrots, cucumber, and capuchin salad.

 

You can make your sandwich even more appetizing by adding a delicious yogurt and herb dip

 

Ingredients for the sauce

 1 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint, chives, to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

 

Preparation

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.

Add chopped herbs and mix well.

Adjust salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.

Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
