They have a shape similar to large earrings, the Garofalo gluten-free Anellini are the gluten-free reinterpretation of a traditional Sicilian classic.
A tasty pasta dish, designed specifically for celiacs who don't want to give up a good first course. The right porosity allows the sauce to be absorbed, but they are also perfect for tasty baked preparations such as timbales.

Ingredients: Corn flour 50.4%; husked rice flour 22%; rice flour 21.4%; potato starch; quinoa flour 3%; stabilizer: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
