Fiore di Puglia gluten-free taralli are produced strictly following the traditional recipe, but are deprived of all those ingredients that may be harmful to those suffering from intolerances or allergies.

Ingredients: Gluten-free mixture (deglutinated wheat starch, rice cream, corn foil, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psillyum fibre), acidity regulator (tartaric acid), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), thickener (guar gum ), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sugar), high oleic sunflower seed oil, double tomato concentrate 2.3%, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1.8%, oregano 1.2%, emulsifier (soya lecithin), aroma natural.
