A careful blend of yellow corn, white corn, rice and brown rice makes De Cecco Spaghetti appetizing even in their Gluten Free version. Tough, rough and consistent, they are ideal for typical recipes such as carbonara, amatriciana and alla gricia, they are also excellent with quick condiments such as oil, garlic and chili pepper. The rough drawing, which gives porosity to the pasta, will allow the Spaghetti to blend with your favorite sauces, maintaining the essential al dente cooking.

GLUTEN-FREE PASTA - Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
