The new Sandwich Toast Probios is a soft gluten-free sliced bread in a practical open-and-taste package. Good as is or excellent if heated for 2 minutes in the oven or in the toaster, it is perfect for making your sandwich toasts. Organic and a source of fiber, it is prepared with rice sourdough. The line also includes the Sandwich Toast ai 3 Semi version.

Ingredients:

water, *corn starch, *natural rice yeast 10% (*rice flour 54%, water), *rice flour 6%, *millet flakes 6%, *corn flour, *sunflower seed oil, *psyllium seed husk (Plantago psyllium), *pea protein, sea salt, *apple vinegar, *natural yeast, *corn dextrose, thickeners: *guar gum and xanthan gum; *spice blend, *lemon extract. *organic.

May contain traces of: Eggs, Soya, Sesame seeds, Lupins
