This format plays a key role, especially in Carnival and Easter menus. Gluten-free lasagna sheets are made with three simple ingredients: corn, brown rice, and quinoa, making the sheets so tough they can hold even the simplest sauces, making every moment unique.
Ingredients: Corn flour 50.4%; husked rice flour 22%; rice flour 21.4%; potato starch; quinoa flour 3%; stabilizer: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
