The process that leads to the creation of the base for the gluten-free Amonogù pizza is completely artisanal and with the highest quality raw materials , such as extra virgin olive oil.
The double leavening, the hand rolling and precise techniques allow him to obtain a soft , honeycomb-like product that is golden at the end of cooking.

Ingredients: Gluten-free wheat starch, water, corn starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, gluten-free barley malt, salt, brewer's yeast, psyllium seed fiber, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, emulsifiers: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; thickener: guar seed flour; flavorings, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Preparation

  1. Remove the pizza from the bag
  2. Season with ingredients of your choice
  3. Cook preferably at 350°C for about 4 minutes
