Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, EGGS 16%, pumpkin 10%, ricotta (WHEY, cow's MILK, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), EGG white, Grana Padano (MILK, salt, rennet, EGG lysozyme), dextrose, vegetable fiber, CREAM, potato flakes, salt, WHEY, extra virgin olive oil, flavorings, thickener: xanthan gum, guar gum. May contain traces of CELERY, WALNUTS, ALMONDS, CASHEWS, SULPHITES.
Conservation
Product packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Best before date printed on the package.
Cooking
Cook in boiling, UNSALTED water, in a ratio of 100 g of product in 1 L of water for 2-3 minutes.
