Ingredients:
Gluten-free pasta mix 75%: corn starch, egg 16.2%*, potato starch, rice flour, water, thickener: guar gum, salt.
Filling 25%: ricotta lactose free 13.2%*(whey milk , milk ), cheese Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 4.4%* ( milk , salt, rennet), spinach powder 3.5%*, bamboo fiber, potato flakes, onion powder, nutmeg.
