THE CONTENT
- Gluten-free pizza base mix
- Chopped tomato pulp
- Oregano Cannamela
- A measuring cup for water
HOW TO PREPARE
- Turn on the fan oven and set the temperature to 250°C. • Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl and add 150 ml of water to the centre using a measuring cup. Mix slowly using a fork, then add 2 tablespoons of oil and continue kneading with damp hands until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Immediately spread the dough in a previously greased 24 cm diameter pan, using your hands wet with water. Make holes with a fork all over the spread surface.
- Bake on the centre rack of a hot oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and season by adding the tomato, oregano, a pinch of salt and other ingredients to taste (mozzarella, vegetables, etc.). • Bake again for another 5 minutes (or more time depending on your taste).
