With their traditional cut and external ridges, Gluten-Free Penne Rigate are the result of a careful selection of ingredients to create a short pasta with great taste, suitable for coeliacs. Their recipe guarantees the pleasure of a gluten-free pasta dish as good as the classic format.
They are bronze-drawn for a rough texture that allows sauces to adhere perfectly.
Ingredients: Corn flour 56%, rice flour 21.5%, semi-wholemeal rice flour 19%, potato starch, stabiliser mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
