INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fiber (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter , icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), fresh whole pasteurized category A eggs , natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, brewer's yeast, fresh pasteurized category A egg yolk , thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavors. FILLING INGREDIENTS 20% (Pistachio): white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder , emulsifier: soy lecithin , natural vanilla extract), pistachio paste 25%, sugar, invert sugar, water, glucose, cocoa butter. ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white , vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantain, flax). Garnished with granulated sugar 4% and whole almonds 1%.
