Sourdough starter, also known as sourdough or natural yeast, is a fermented dough of flour and water that is "nourished" regularly to keep it alive. Bread made with sourdough starter is captivating from the first bite: a golden, fragrant crust, a soft yet firm crumb, and an intense flavor. Sourdough starter makes bread lighter and more digestible.

Water, sourdough starter (28.4%) (rice flour, water), rice flour, corn starch, extra virgin olive oil (7.6%), psyllium fiber, salt, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sugar, brewer's yeast, lentil flour, natural olive extract, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, grape seed oil. May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, and mustard. Gluten- free .
