Discover Pimpinella Gluten Free Roman Pinsa: A Unique Taste Experience
Pimpinella Roman pinsa is the result of careful research and selection of the highest quality raw materials, all rigorously certified gluten-free. Thanks to the experience of our master pizza chefs and the use of special flours, we have managed to recreate the texture and unmistakable flavor of traditional pinsa, while ensuring maximum safety for those who are gluten intolerant.
INGREDIENTS: corn starch, water, natural yeast (rice flour, water), vegetable fibres (psyllium, inulin, beetroot), extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, emulsifier: E471, glycerin, dextrose, fructose, salt, thickener: guar seed flour, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, corn malt, preservative: E200.
May contain traces of SESAME. Allergens are written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place, away from heat sources and direct light.
After opening the package, keep in the refrigerator at max +5° and consume within 2-3 days.
TIPS FOR USE
Fill as desired and sprinkle a drizzle of EVO oil, possibly also on the edge and bottom of the tray.
Spray the surface with water. Cook the PINSA for about 10 minutes in a traditional oven at 220°.
IMPORTANT: PINSA should be filled just a few moments before being baked.
