Its new version, created with rice flour, corn starch and potato starch, makes Vicenzovo Matilde Vicenzi a product that can be used by anyone, regardless of any intolerances or food problems. An essential ingredient for the preparation of gluten-free desserts, it is the ideal base for a real Tiramisu, even for celiacs and lactose intolerants.
Ingredients: Corn starch, EGGS 29%, sugar, potato starch, rice flour, pea fibre, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, salt, natural flavours, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate.
