Ingredients:
Gluten-free pasta mix 70%: corn starch, egg 15.1%*, potato starch, rice flour, water, thickener: guar gum, salt.
Filling 30%: mortadella (pork, salt, preservative: E250, antioxidant: E301), raw ham 6.3%* (pork leg, salt), corn preparation (corn flour, sunflower seed oil), cheese Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 3.6%* ( milk , rennet, salt), potato flakes, bamboo fibre, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, nutmeg.
