Given their irregular shape, like all curled pasta, once cooked, they have the characteristic of having a unique consistency due to the difference between the smooth part and the curled part which allows the latter to better retain the condiments.
Traditionally, Mafalde Corte are used to prepare soups and legume broths, but they are also particularly tasty with a creamy tomato sauce accompanied by buffalo ricotta.
GLUTEN-FREE PASTA - Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
INGREDIENTS : Yellow corn flour 32.5%, rice flour 25%, white corn flour 24%, brown rice flour 12%, potato starch, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin. May contain soy.
