Gluten-free tortelloni with ricotta and spinach filling. Product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients
Rice flour, corn starch, eggs , ricotta 10% ( whey , cow's milk , cream , salt; acidity regulator: citric acid), Grana Padano ( milk , salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), egg white, whey , cream , vegetable fiber, salt, spinach 1%, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, flavoring, xanthan gum, natural olive extract, nutmeg, onion, garlic; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of: fish, nuts, celery, sulphites , as they are processed in the same factory.

How to use

Cook in boiling unsalted water for 2 minutes.

Conservation

Store in a cool, dry place. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
