Shaped like a small shell, with a deep groove that traps the sauce, Gluten-Free Sardinian Gnocco is a delicious pasta alternative designed for coeliacs and those with gluten intolerance.
The blend of highly selected flours gives it a full flavour, which pairs particularly well with meat sauces.
It has a rough surface, a result of bronze drawing, which allows it to absorb sauces effectively.
Ingredients: Corn flour 56%, rice flour 21.5%, semi-rough rice flour 19%, potato starch, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids stabilizer.
