We only use raw materials from our territory , from a short supply chain or at 0 km : certified gastronomic excellences appreciated worldwide, with a unique mix of naturally gluten-free flours, coming from historic mills, to guarantee high quality and control of the raw materials , in recipes with low sugar content, rich in proteins, source of fibre .
Ingredients: Pasta ingredients (60%): mix of flours (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, pea flour, vegetable fibres, natural flavourings), eggs 24%, sunflower seed oil .
Filling ingredients (40%): cow's milk ricotta with added milk cream (whey, cow's milk, cow's milk cream, salt), potato flakes 19%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 15% (milk, salt, rennet ), whey, corn preparation (corn flour, sunflower oil),
sunflower seed oil, fibre, salt, natural flavourings.
