We are a small big family specialized in the production of high-quality, gluten-free artisan products. We pride ourselves on using natural ingredients in the cooking of our baked goods (and more).

We have a laboratory exclusively dedicated to the production of gluten free products.

Ingredients :

gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psyllium, inulin), sourdough (corn), red teff flour, lentil flour, thickener: guar, malt (corn), thickener: E 464, rice, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibers, salt, yeast extract.

Produced in a factory that uses milk, eggs and nuts.
