Shortbread tart without additives and starch/starch added. Handcrafted with a process that allows not to use starch in the recipe, the InForno Gluten Free tart is perfect for breakfast or as a snack for young and old.
Ingredients:
rice flour, butter, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), corn flour, apricot purée 16.7% (sugar, apricot pulp, glucose-fructose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulators: citric acid and tetrasodium diphosphate, preservative: sorbic acid), egg yolk, almond flour, salt, natural vanilla flavouring.
Contains: Milk, almonds, eggs. May contain other nuts, soy, sesame.
