The exclusive recipe based on yellow corn, white corn, rice and brown rice makes De Cecco Mezzi Rigatoni exceptional even in their Gluten Free version for taste, color and cooking resistance.
A shorter variant of the classic Rigatoni typical of Roman tradition, they are also characterised by the ridges on the external surface and by their significant diameter and thickness.
The ideal condiments for Mezzi Rigatoni are meat or vegetable sauces, as long as they are thick enough to fit inside the shape and be collected by its grooves.
